In a land deal the purchaser has failed to make full payment to the seller. Whether, seller can get the agreement for sale, cancelled through Registrar.
if the purcheser has failed to make full payment and getting possession of the property you can file suit for recovery of amount. and you also move for cancellation of sale deed through the court.

I hold a home loan from ICICI bank & had defaulted on monthly EMIs due to financial issues. I have repeatedly requested the bank for revise my EMI so I can pay off the loan but did not receive any help. In the due course the bank raise securitisation case & filed the same in CMM Esplanade CC/SA/640/2025.
I still requested the bank to relook at my EMIs with my lien amount at 5lacs currently.
I am willing to clear the amount but I received eviction order dated Jan 10th 2026.
What should I do now?
give legal notice to the bank first. than file Securitisation Application before debth recovery tribunal.

A group of people have clone the AXIS securities website and prepared a website. From the fake website they have communicated for investment. People have all the reason to belief that the website is genuine and invested money later it was found that the website is fake and people lost lot of money.
The lapses from AXIS Securities that they have not put proper checks and balances at their to protect the data and others things so that it can't be cloned. Bank websites are by the society at large hence the bank should protect the interest of public. Bank has failed in this regard hence want lodge a PIL against AXIS Securities
