Registered lawyers have a duty to ensure that the information that you provide through FREE LAW is truthful, current, complete, and accurate. You are expressly prohibited from creating an account that impersonates another person, contains offensive or obscene language, or otherwise violates Indian law or the rights of a third party.

De Jure reserves the right to restrict access to, suspend, disable, or delete any (user/lawyer) at any time, in its sole discretion, and without prior warning. You (user) warrant that use of the website will comply with all applicable laws and professional ethics rules, whether local, state, national, or international.

You (user) understand and agree that FREE LAW is a service provider and that no attorney-client relationship, whether between lawyers and De Jure, will be created through your use of the website or your registration and use of a lawyers account. Lawyers warrant and agree that all information provided is for informational purposes only and information provided is not intended to act as a substitute for the formation of a a lawyer-client relationship.

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect until terminated in writing under the terms of this Agreement. De Jure may terminate this Agreement without liability at any time, without notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to for your violation of a term or condition of this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

De Jure disclaims any responsibility for any harm or liability arising out of or related to your use of the website or services purchased through the website. De Jure provides the website and the services sold through the website on an as-is basis and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, non-infringement, or quality.

De Jure will not be held liable or responsible for any content posted on the website, including but not limited to any advice provided by any lawyer. De Jure is a service provider and DISCLAIMS responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, destruction of identity, unauthorized access or alteration thereof. De Jure reserves the right to discontinue the website at any time.

This Agreement will be interpreted and governed by Indian laws, and any claim or dispute that you may have against De Jure will be exclusively dealt with in the Punjab & Haryana High Court.

De Jure may change, modify, amend, suspend, terminate, or replace these terms and any other policies from time to time and within its sole and absolute discretion. In the event De Jure changes, modifies, amends, or replaces these terms, the effective date, located above, will change. Refunds & Cancellations

In case of paid services, no refunds are applicable unless exclusively agreed upon in writing.
