A retired employee of Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation sought retiral benefits and other allowances, including overtime, night allowance, and earned leave. The Court found that the claim was covered by the co-ordinate Bench judgment in Omprakash Mundel. Accordingly, the Court allowed the writ petition and directed the corporation to reimburse all dues within six months with 6% per annum interest from accrual date, respecting employee seniority based on retirement dates and allowing priority payment in emergent cases.
