Bench: 1 — 1

In Brief

Two minor accused persons were held in custody since October 2020 in connection with a cyber fraud case registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the IT Act, 2000. Their bail application was rejected by the Sessions Judge. The Supreme Court granted them bail on finding that they were juveniles with no criminal record and their parents were willing to provide care and act as sureties.
