An interim application was filed before the Hon’ble Court to extend the time for giving effect to the order declared on December 21, 2022, while hearing the Central Bureau of Investigation vs Anil Vasantrao Deshmukh case. stating that the extension request was accepted. Also, the previous order will not take effect till December 27, 2022, and no further extension under any circumstances will be entertained. The learned counsel for the Applicant wished for at least three days' extension which was opposed by the respondent. The Apex Court further ordered that no extension could be entertained therefore, the application stands disposed of.
