The Pinnacle Court To listen the Public Interest Litigation in Air Pollution On 10th November

The Pinnacle Court today accepted to hear for listing on 10th November a Public interest litigation requesting regarding the new rules on stubble  burning to decrease the increasing air pollution in NCR.

Bench composed of justices CJI UU Lalit and Justice Bela M Trivedi ordered of the listings of advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha, who put forwarded the Public Interest Litigation in his individual capacity, that the air pollution condition was too bad due to stubble burning in places close to NCR.

"Even common citizens can’t go out in such a condition,” the advocate said, further saying that “Air Quality Index (AQI) level has increased regarding the stubble burning.”
