The Supreme Court  today refused to accord pressing hearing to a plea against AN order forbidding storage, sale, and use of every kind of firecrackers within the metropolis until Jan one, 2023.

A bench of jurist U U Lalit and Justice Bela M Trivedi asked the professional, WHO mentioned the matter seeking AN pressing hearing, to approach the Delhi court.

"Let the court decide, we'll not get into this," the bench same.

The lawyer, Who wanted the pressing hearing, submitted before the bench that the court had taken a reading that the matter is unfinished before the Supreme Court and listed it on Gregorian calendar month eighteen.

The Delhi court had earlier postponed hearing on the plea of inexperienced cracker merchants against AN order forbidding storage, sale, and use of every kind of firecrackers until Jan one.

The petitioners contended that absolutely the ban by the Old Delhi Pollution management Committee is in resistance to the orders of the Supreme Court and therefore the National inexperienced court, that ne'er provided for such a blanket prohibition.

The apex court on Mon had refused to stay the Delhi government's order forbidding storage, sale, and use of every kind of firecrackers until Jan one to see pollution levels within the metropolis, location it failed to feature to the pollution.

The top court had last year ruled there's no blanket ban on the celebration of firecrackers and that only fireworks that contain metal salts are prohibited.
