The apex court acquits three men regarding the death case of teenagers Rape-Murder which took place a decade ago

The Pinnacle court today acquitted 3 convicts who got convicted with the death penalty by a sessions court of  Delhi after approving themselves guilty of torturing and murdering a nineteen year-old girl in Delhi's Chhawala area in 2012.

The girl’s mortal body was found in the outskirts area of the national capital, with several injuries due to torture with different things which are of tools of car and earthen pots.

Sessions court of delhi in 2014 month of February convicted 3 men for raping that teenager girl in 2012 and sentenced them the death penalty.

At that time the death penalty got confirmed by the Delhi Hc on 26th August, 2014, noting they were "predators" going on the roads and "were looking for prey".

Three persons, Ravi Kumar, Rahul and Vinod got convicted in the aspects of several sections of crime related with kidnapping, rape and murder.

The issue of this case goes back to 2012 February, at the time a girl’s dead body who was of 19 years old was found in the state of Haryana. The girl was seriously murdered after being raped.

A case got registered in this aspect at the outskirts of Delhi's Chhawla police area.

As per the the prosecution, the crime was serious in situation as initially they kidnapped the girl, brutally raped her, murdered her and placed her dead body in a field in Rodhai village in the state of Haryana ( Rewari district ).
