B Karunamuthy: mobile:93819 02597 owner of rental house has taken advance amount Rs. 50000 in 11th December 2024, and he has collected all months rents upto March 2026, proof are having online transaction. I approached ITA Services Immigration Consultants, Mohali, for assistance with overseas employment in the Netherlands. Their representatives assured me that they would arrange a confirmed job placement, visa processing, and travel arrangements. Based on these representations, I paid a total amount of ₹1,67,000 in multiple transactions. They provided me with an appointment/order letter claiming employment with a company in the Netherlands. Before proceeding further, I came across a news report on YouTube highlighting similar complaints against the same consultancy, describing identical patterns of fake job offers and financial fraud. This raised serious concerns. I immediately conducted my own verification and found that the company mentioned in the appointment letter is not traceable and appears to be non-existent. Additionally, no official visa process has been initiated through any embassy, nor have any flight bookings or genuine documents been arranged. Realizing the likelihood of fraud, I decided to stop further engagement to prevent additional financial loss. I now believe that I have been deliberately misled through false promises and fabricated documents, resulting in a financial loss of ₹1,67,000, along with considerable mental stress. I seek legal assistance to recover my money and to initiate appropriate legal action against the consultancy.

I married in Pathankot in 2017 advocate taken us to Gurudwara and after fere we came to court and girls family was there no one is from my family side. They done procedure there and signed documents by us. We are not living together from last 1.5 year , we have no child. I want to marry again is previous marriage valid or not, can we proceed for marriage without and divorce etc. kindly advice

Owner is insisting to vacant house on 1st Jan 2026 .and rental agreement is till March 31 2026 . Owner wants this house for marriage function which is just for 1 week . This is really unfair with me. We are paying rent on every month 1st only and there is no delays in any kind of electricity and igl gas bill. Kindly advise

I enrolled for a course at Caddesk Training Center, Janakpuri, Delhi. I paid a total of ₹8,500 for the course, but the institute did not start my classes at all. Despite repeated requests, they neither provided the classes nor issued any refund. They kept delaying and giving excuses. I have suffered financial loss and mental stress because of their non-professional behavior. I request strict action and a full refund of my ₹8,500 fees.
