Defamation notice

I put add on OLX for my iPhone 17 pro max for 1.35L 13th July 2026- Amit called me that he is interested in my mobile and would like to buy in 1.32L. I said okay deal done. He said his person will come to my place and check the phone if everything is good then Amit will transfer the money to me. 14th July Amits person did not come due to some circumstances. 15th July He called me and given me the number of Ganesh and said he is his son having shop at Zirakpur Chowk. He asked me to go to the shop and show the mobile to him. Once he checks the mobile and everything seems good then Amit will transfer the money to me. 15th July I went to the said shop and the person Ganesh checked the mobile, the invoice and my adhar card. Both documents had my name on it that is Manish and he was satisfied with the mobile. When I asked for the payment from Amit he said wait, and during this time Ganesh asked me to submit the phone. I said how can I submit the mobile without payment. Ganesh said he is the buyer of the mobile since he transferred the 75k money to Amit so he is now the owner of the mobile. Then Ganesh gathered 7-8 persons in the shop including his Father who keeps on using abusive language to me and snatch the mobile from me and said he will only return the mobile once I pay him 75k and they took my phone and forcefully transferred 75k amount to their bank account.

I am looking for an advocate for Malicious Prosecution. I being the victim side wants to file this case in Bhubaneshwar.
