Section 321 CrPC Modified " by the Delhi Special Police Establishment under the Delhi Special Establishment Act 1946 (25 of 1946)" is replaced by " under any Central Act," and a new proviso is added which provides further that no Court shall allow such withdrawal without giving an opportunity of being heard to the victim in the case.

Section 360 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 deals with withdrawal from Prosecution. Under the old law this was Section 321 of the CrPC.
