Section 353 CrPC Modified "pleaders" is replaced by "advocates." A new proviso is added to subsection (4), which provides that the Court shall, as far as practicable, upload a copy of the judgement on its portal within a period of seven days from the date of judgement. And the words "either in person or through audio - video electronic means". are added in subsection (5).

Section 392 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 deals with judgment. Under the old law this was Section 353 of the CrPC.
