Section 436 CrPC Modified The w ord “bail” is replaced by "or bail bond". “without sureties” is excluded. In subsection(2) “bond or”, “or bail bond” are added.

Section 478 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 deals with in what cases bail to be Taken. Under the old law this was Section 436 of the CrPC.
