In illustrations , " Calcutta" and "London" are replaced by "Kolkata" and "Visakhapatnam", "2023" is used in place of "1978" and "thirty thousand" and "ten thousand" in place of "500" and "200" to make it contemporary.

Section 95 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 deals with exclusion of evidence of oral Agreement. Under the old law this was Section 92 of the IEA.
