Section 111 CrPC - Order to be made

Section 111 CrPC is now Section 130 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with order to be made. Under the new law this is Section 130 of the BNSS.
