Section 120 CrPC - Contents of bond

Section 120 CrPC is now Section 139 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 120 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with contents of bond. Under the new law this is Section 139 of the BNSS.
