Section 20 CrPC - Executive Magistrates

Section 20 CrPC is now Section 14 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 14 BNSS	Modified	The w ords "in any Metropolitan area, Metropolitan Magistrates" are excluded.

Section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with executive Magistrates. Under the new law this is Section 14 of the BNSS.
