Section 204 CrPC - Issue of process

Section 204 CrPC is now Section 227 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 204 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with issue of process. Under the new law this is Section 227 of the BNSS.
