Section 227 CrPC - Discharge

Section 227 CrPC is now Section 250 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with discharge. Under the new law this is Section 250 of the BNSS.
