Section 24 CrPC - Public Prosecutors

Section 24 CrPC is now Section 18 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with public Prosecutors. Under the new law this is Section 18 of the BNSS.
