Section 288 CrPC - Return of commission

Section 288 CrPC is now Section 323 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 288 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with return of commission. Under the new law this is Section 323 of the BNSS.
