Section 25 BNSS Modified Sub section (1) is reframed but the essence is same. In subsection (2) (a) fourteen years is replaced by twenty years.

Section 31 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with sentence in cases of Conviction of several Offences at one trial. Under the new law this is Section 25 of the BNSS.
