Section 382 CrPC - Petition of appeal

Section 382 CrPC is now Section 423 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 382 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with petition of appeal. Under the new law this is Section 423 of the BNSS.
