Section 429 CrPC - Saving

Section 429 CrPC is now Section 469 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 429 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with saving. Under the new law this is Section 469 of the BNSS.
