Section 46 CrPC - Arrest how made

Section 46 CrPC is now Section 43 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 43 BNSS	Modified	A new subsection (3) is added regarding the handcuff of a habitual or repeat offender or accused who has committed certain offences mentioned in the sub - section, etc.

Section 46 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with arrest how made. Under the new law this is Section 43 of the BNSS.
