Section 62 CrPC - Summons how served

Section 62 CrPC is now Section 64 of the BNSS - the BNSS replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 64 BNSS	Modified	Two new provisos regarding electronic communication, under subsections (1) and (2), are added. The word "personally" is added in sub - section (3).

Section 62 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 deals with summons how served. Under the new law this is Section 64 of the BNSS.
