Section 115 IEA - Estoppel

Section 115 IEA is now Section 121 of the BSA - the BSA replaced the IEA on 1 July 2024.

Section 115 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 deals with estoppel. Under the new law this is Section 121 of the BSA.
