Section 118 IEA - Who may testify

Section 118 IEA is now Section 124 of the BSA - the BSA replaced the IEA on 1 July 2024.

Section 118 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 deals with who may testify. Under the new law this is Section 124 of the BSA.
