Section 137 IEA - Examination of witnesses

Section 137 IEA is now Section 142 of the BSA - the BSA replaced the IEA on 1 July 2024.

Section 137 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 deals with examination of witnesses. Under the new law this is Section 142 of the BSA.
