Section 138 IEA - Order of examinations

Section 138 IEA is now Section 143 of the BSA - the BSA replaced the IEA on 1 July 2024.

Section 138 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 deals with order of examinations. Under the new law this is Section 143 of the BSA.
