Section 159 IEA - Refreshing memory

Section 159 IEA is now Section 162 of the BSA - the BSA replaced the IEA on 1 July 2024.

Section 159 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 deals with refreshing memory. Under the new law this is Section 162 of the BSA.
