Section 63 IEA - Secondary evidence

Section 63 IEA is now Section 58 of the BSA - the BSA replaced the IEA on 1 July 2024.

Section 63 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 deals with secondary evidence. Under the new law this is Section 58 of the BSA.
