Section 74 IEA - Public and private documents

Section 74 IEA is now Section 74(1) of the BSA - the BSA replaced the IEA on 1 July 2024.

Section 74 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 deals with public and private documents. Under the new law this is Section 74(1) of the BSA.
