Section 108 IPC - Abettor

Section 108 IPC is now Section 46 of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 46 BNS	Modified	Word “lunatic” is replaced by words “a person of unsound mind”.

Section 108 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with abettor. Under the new law this is Section 46 of the BNS.
