Section 168 BNS Modified “Military” is replaced by "Army." The upper limit of the fine has been increased from five hundred to two thousand rupees.

Section 140 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with wearing garb or carrying token used By soldier, sailor or airman. Under the new law this is Section 168 of the BNS.
