Section 141 IPC - Unlawful assembly

Section 141 IPC is now Section 189(1) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 141 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with unlawful assembly. Under the new law this is Section 189(1) of the BNS.
