Section 180 IPC - Refusing to sign statement

Section 180 IPC is now Section 215 of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 180 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with refusing to sign statement. Under the new law this is Section 215 of the BNS.
