Section 268 IPC - Public nuisance

Section 268 IPC is now Section 270 of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 268 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with public nuisance. Under the new law this is Section 270 of the BNS.
