Section 304B IPC - Dowry death

Section 304B IPC is now Section 80 of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with dowry death. Under the new law this is Section 80 of the BNS.
