Section 121(1) BNS Modified IPC section is included as a subsection in BNS. Imprisonment is increased from three to five years.

Section 332 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with voluntarily causing hurt to deter Public servant from his duty. Under the new law this is Section 121(1) of the BNS.
