Section 126(2) BNS Modified IPC section is included as a sub - section in BNS, sans heading. Fine is increased from five hundred rupees to five thousand rupees.

Section 341 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with punishment for Wrongful restraint. Under the new law this is Section 126(2) of the BNS.
