Section 360 IPC - Kidnapping from India

Section 360 IPC is now Section 137(1) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 360 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with kidnapping from India. Under the new law this is Section 137(1) of the BNS.
