Section 364A IPC - Kidnapping for ransom, etc

Section 364A IPC is now Section 140(2) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with kidnapping for ransom, etc. Under the new law this is Section 140(2) of the BNS.
