Section 366A IPC - Procuration of child

Section 366A IPC is now Section 96 of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 96 BNS	Modified	Words “minor girl under the age of eighteen years” are replaced by word “child” and made g ender neutral.

Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with procuration of child. Under the new law this is Section 96 of the BNS.
