Section 376(1) IPC - Punishment for rape

Section 376(1) IPC is now Section 64 of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 376(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with punishment for rape. Under the new law this is Section 64 of the BNS.
