Section 378 IPC - Theft

Section 378 IPC is now Section 303(1) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 378 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with theft. Under the new law this is Section 303(1) of the BNS.
