Section 379 IPC - Punishment for theft

Section 379 IPC is now Section 303(2) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with punishment for theft. Under the new law this is Section 303(2) of the BNS.
