Section 416 IPC - Cheating by personation

Section 416 IPC is now Section 319(1) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 416 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with cheating by personation. Under the new law this is Section 319(1) of the BNS.
