Section 44 IPC - Injury

Section 44 IPC is now Section 2(14) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 44 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with injury. Under the new law this is Section 2(14) of the BNS.
