Section 445 IPC - House breaking

Section 445 IPC is now Section 330(2) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 445 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with house breaking. Under the new law this is Section 330(2) of the BNS.
